The price is on the page
You cannot put a number in a submission you have not been given, and you should not have to ring to get one. So here it is, in full, including the parts that are less flattering.
One show, one workshop, one price

Prices are final. There is nothing to add on top and no GST to calculate, so the number you budget is the number you pay.
Two sessions is the maximum in a day. One person writes the show, performs it and runs the workshop, so a third would mean cutting something short.
What it works out to per student
Wellbeing budgets get argued per head, so here is the same price the other way round. Find your cohort rather than the best number on the table.

Smaller cohorts cost more per head, and we would rather show you that than hide it. A show and a workshop take the same day to deliver for sixty students as for two hundred, so the floor does not move. If your year level is small, the number that matters is the $1,000, not the per head.
Worth knowing before you book
Running a year level together costs less than splitting it
A year level of 180 in one session is $1,750. The same 180 students split across two smaller sessions is $2,000, because the second is priced as a session rather than as part of the first.
So keeping them together saves $250, and it is the better version of the workshop. The moment students realise the whole cohort hears the same voice in their heads only lands when the whole cohort is in the room.
What is included at that price
The show
A full production, performed in your hall, to one year level.
The Self-Talk workshop
Thirty minutes and more, where students take the stage, write down what their critic tells them, and leave holding an affirmation in their own handwriting. It runs in the same slot and is not a second invoice line.
The outcome report
Before-and-after data on your own students, back to you within a week. No extra charge.

Show by show, on request, so the justification you have to write is already half written.
