Who walks into your hall
I taught this age group before I performed for them
I am Ally. Before this, I was a secondary teacher, standing in front of the same year levels I now perform to.
Why that matters more than it sounds
It is why the show does not talk down to them, and why I am not thrown when a room of fifteen year olds decides to test whether I actually mean it.
The characters on stage are not a metaphor I invented for a wellbeing program. The inner critic is what students told me, over and over, was going on in their heads. I wrote the shows out of what I heard in classrooms, not out of a curriculum document.
I write the shows, I perform them, and I run the workshop. The responses your students write come back with me, and your report is in your inbox inside a week.

The short version
- Since
- 2015, touring educational theatre and wellbeing workshops into schools.
- Students
- More than 10,000 have sat through one of these shows.
- Background
- 15+ years as a P-12 teacher and life coach, and a multi award-winning actress.
- Delivery
- Solo. The person you book is the person who arrives.
The show is built for one performer on purpose
There is no cast to coordinate and nobody else to fall through. A show with no cast cannot have a cast member pull out the night before, and if you have ever had an incursion collapse on the morning of, you already know why that is worth something.
It also means the person who wrote it is the person delivering it, so nothing gets lost between the two.
