Most incursions end when the performance does
The show opens the conversation. The workshop is where students actually do the work. It runs straight after the performance, in the same slot, and it is included rather than quoted separately.
How it runs
Volunteers take the stage
Students play the Inner Critic and the Inner Encourager, repeating a script in front of their peers, then a third repeats it as "I am" statements.
A guided visualisation
The whole year level identifies their own two voices.
They write it down
What their critic has been telling them. Coordinators tell us this is the part that lands hardest.
They share it
With the people next to them, which is the moment most students find out they are not the only one.
They leave holding an affirmation
Their own words, in their own handwriting, to take home.
Why it is bundled and not sold separately
Because a performance on its own is a good ninety minutes and not much else. The part that changes anything is a student writing down what their own critic says and then answering it, and that only happens if there is time set aside for it.
So it is not an add-on and there is no second invoice line. Booking the show books the workshop.
